Reconnect & Rebuild – 3 Week Course
I’m pleased to offer “Reconnect & Rebuild,” a 3-week online course that aims to help families who are experiencing parental alienation or family estrangement to improve or reestablish communication with their children. The course equips participants with established tools and techniques to interact with their children in new ways, fostering enhanced connections with greater ease.
Throughout the program, participants will acquire skills in effectively validating their children and employing appropriate questioning techniques to elicit meaningful responses. The emphasis will be on deciphering your child’s messages, enabling you to gather valuable information and gain insights on navigating the way forward.
This skills-oriented course offers extensive practice opportunities through worksheets and role-plays, enabling participants to refine their communication skills and gain confidence in applying the techniques with precision and effectiveness.
This course is designed for those who are prepared to connect with their child or seek to offer support in enhancing a strained relationship. Participants will have the chance to share their own messages, texts, or conversations in which communication improvement is sought. By the conclusion of the course, participants will be equipped with proven techniques and tools to enhance or rebuild communication with their children.
This course will consist of three 2-hour group coaching sessions on Zoom.
Cost: $300/per person

Sundays: 10:30 am – 12:30 pm EDT (August 4, 11 & 18)
Goals
- Develop a Comprehensive Communication Toolbox: Learn essential skills such as validation, effective communication, creating a safe environment for yourself and your children, gathering additional information, and more.
- Engage in Practical Exercises: Utilize worksheets for hands-on practice, ensuring mastery and proficient use of communication tools.
- Skillfully Compose Text Messages and Emails: Receive guidance on crafting messages to effectively communicate with your children, fostering understanding and connection.

- Get one 30-minute individual strategy session with Jason Blau (scheduled separately)
- Jason will reach out directly to your child (to better understand their perspective
Note: If you do not currently have access to your children (i.e. you are blocked or don’t have contact info), this course will prepare you for when you do. Additionally, during your individual strategy session, Jason will share ideas and alternatives that can help acquire this information or get around this. You can also use these communication tools to restore and improve all your relationships!
